Step inside and you’re greeted by an atmosphere that’s both lively and welcoming—a space decked out with nostalgic Navy SEAL memorabilia, a model Hellcat aircraft, and an eclectic collection of license plates that spark conversation and add a distinctive roadside charm. It’s precisely this unpretentious vibe combined with genuine hospitality that keeps patrons coming back.

The menu at The Coffee Cup Cafe is a celebration of robust flavors and generous portions. Breakfast lovers rave about their omelettes, with choices like the Godfather Omelette, brimming with Hot Italian sausage, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese, creating a rich, savory dish that fills you up and warms the soul. Me and my wife had breakfast here on our way to the Hoover Damm. The service was friendly and speedy. They were kind of busy and it was still timely and friendly. I had an omelette and my wife had the waffles with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. We also shared the fries. They were crispy and delicious.

I went to the restaurant today and ate so much that I was completely stuffed. Every dish was rich and delicious. Besides the satisfying food, the restaurant was always full of customers. What impressed me the most were the waiters—they were all very attractive, friendly, and attentive, which made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fulfilling and delightful breakfast.

Hey guys, this is Nevada Laobai! Today we came to the historic district of Boulder City, Nevada. Before our hike, we stopped at a classic breakfast spot — Coffee Cup Cafe. Despite the name sounding light, the food is hearty! The place is decorated with Navy SEAL photos, a Hellcat aircraft model, and tons of license plates, making it feel like a must-stop for road trippers. It’s very close to Hoover Dam, so don’t miss it if you’re in the area! I ordered steak and eggs, while my wife got an avocado bacon egg taco — both delicious. Pro tip: don’t come right after washing your car since there’s roadwork at the entrance. Better to visit right before your next car wash!

Unique experience. It was an all-ladies opening shift for my early Sunday morning breakfast. At first they all seemed apathetic as I sat on one of the bar stools, but my eventual server was friendly and had a welcoming smile. Food and place have no frills, unpretentious. Definitely a place for comfort foods.

We went on a sunday morning, and I will say it was worth the one hour, wait for a seat at the counter. The food was delicious.I had french toast with fresh bananas and whipped cream.Sprinkled with cinnamon and my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach.Because I ordered two eggs and some hash browns on the side. My husband orders the same thing for breakfast, wherever we go, so I consider him a bit of an expert on country fried steak and eggs, and he called the coffee cup cafes, "perfect" . The prices were great. The service was super friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Definitely a 5 star diner. .

Love this little place. It has a west coast surfer vibe. Food was great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I got the French toast with strawberry fruit. Delicious! They gave me change for the penny press just a couple steps from their place! I definitely would come here again :)

This restaurant must be on the list of go-tos for bikers. They must have a huge following because the line was out the door on a Wednesday morning. Very eclectic atmosphere. Lots of love and care in this Cafe. You can feel it in the atmosphere. The staff is kind and courteous, and always on the move. Lots of good young people working there, and none have an attitude. Boulder City must be a great place to raise a family because everyone is genuinely kind and everyone is good looking. Felt like I was in another universe. The Coffe Cup Cafe is a stop that should be added to your itinerary if you're heading over to the Hoover Dam. You won't be disappointed. I recommend the mimosas and the Mai Tai. And the food is delicious too.
